E-Learning Training Developer

The Role A Media Developer (Generalist) will have the skills and experience to support development of Customer Training electronic materials – nominally media content for courseware products. This requires close working with the Instructional Design Team to translate the initial storyboard media into high-quality & impactful training media content. The Media Developer (Generalist) will need to be comfortable utilising engineering data and other technical references as part of the media development process. Development also requires strict adherence to a style guide and other associated standards to enable consistent media outputs. Role Responsibilities: Not limited to… Develop training media as identified by the Instructional Design Team against the specified style guide and/or standards. Take ownership of allocated tasks whilst monitoring their own progress, quality and performance, reporting as required and seeking assistance when necessary. Participate in and contribute to team discussions adopting and applying the direction given and complying with the required development processes.
