Salesforce Developer

Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join their dynamic team. This permanent role is based on a hybrid working pattern with 2 days per week in Bournemouth, London, or Stockport. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Platform Events, and APIs to support seamless customer and adviser journeys Deliver high-quality software through the full development lifecycle, including design, build, testing, deployment, release and ongoing support Lead the technical design of scalable and secure Salesforce solutions across Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Data 360, and Agentforce Investigate and resolve complex production issues, providing root cause analysis and implementing long-term improvements Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions Drive engineering best practices, ensuring solutions meet quality, security, governance, and compliance standards Contribute to architectural discussions and technology decisions, helping shape the future direction of the Salesforce platform Support and improve DevOps processes, including source-driven development, automated deployments and CI/CD practices Mentor and coach Software ...
