Our client, a prominent company in the manufacturing sector, is currently seeking a dedicated Materials Handler to join their team in Littlehampton. This is a rolling contract position, ideal for individuals with a background in stores, materials, and stock control within a warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counting stock to maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Assembling components into kits as per specifications
  • Inputting data onto the computer system for inventory management
  • Keeping work areas clean and tidy to ensure a safe working environment
  • Performing general warehouse duties as required

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in stores, materials, and stock control
  • Background in warehouse operations within the manufacturing sector
  • Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workspace

Hours:

  • 40 hours per week
  • 7am - 4.15pm (Monday to Thursday)
  • 7am - 12pm (Friday)
