We are looking for an experienced
Java Developer to join a high-profile cloud transformation programme, working within a Scrum team responsible for developing and supporting services across a large-scale AWS-hosted microservices architecture.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, enterprise-level systems, contributing across the full software development lifecycle while collaborating with highly skilled engineers in a modern cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain Java-based microservices
- Write clean, scalable and well-tested code
- Perform unit testing and support integration testing activities
- Conduct and approve peer code reviews (PR reviews)
- Manage code promotion through multiple environments into production
- Support CI/CD best practices and release processes
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects and Scrum team members
