Key Responsibilities: Sales Growth & Business Development
- Generate and develop new business opportunities through outbound sales activity.
- Identify opportunities within OEMs, machine builders, industrial manufacturers, and systems integrators.
- Target replacement and upgrade opportunities within existing DC drive installations.
- Support growth of AC drives offerings, including new product introductions and energy recovery solutions.
- Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
- Develop account growth plans and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Conduct regular customer reviews and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with distributors and reseller networks to maximise market reach.
- Technical Sales Support
- Understand customer applications and recommend appropriate AC and DC drive solutions.
- Provide technical product guidance and initial application support.
- Liaise with engineering and technical teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Pipeline & Commercial Management
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
- Manage opportunities through a typical 2-3 month sales cycle.
