Responsibilities:
- Lead our Admin team within Whitburn Academy.
- Manage and coordinate administrative operations and financial functions, following West Lothian Council policies and procedures.
- Ensure services operate in an effective and efficient manner.
- Manage and undertake SEEMIS data input.
- Work with the Senior Leadership Team and Faculty Heads in relation to SQA and timetabling needs.
Regulated Work: This post is considered Regulated Work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scotland Act 2007. From 28 February 2011 preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer of employment.
