30 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, Permanent. St Joseph's Primary is a Roman Catholic School in Linlithgow. At present, the school has a roll of 92 children P1-P7. Our school community is a family community, where children are nurtured within a warm and positive environment. High standards of behaviour and effort are expected. The staff work as a team, supporting each other to provide quality teaching and support to enable the children to learn effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support within the school.
- Word processing and tasks related to the maintenance of school records for pupils and staff.
- Maintain financial records, telephone, reception and reprographics duties, distribution of school mail, dealing with pupil enquiries and attending to welfare needs of pupils.
- Based in the School Office.
Qualifications
- Experience of working within an office environment and good IT skills are essential.
- Experience of using SEEMIS Click and Go and the ability to use Word and Excel to an advanced level are desirable.
- Ability to work as part of a team and enjoy a variety of tasks within your remit.
