Facilities Management Assistant role at Matchstick Dev.
36 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year, fixed term until 31 March 2026. Linlithgow, Scotland. We are keen to employ a diverse workforce that reflects the people of Scotland and welcome applications from all backgrounds, including groups currently under-represented, such as people with disabilities, those from minority ethnic communities or from socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
Responsibilities
- Be part of a team of FM Assistants providing direct support to staff, students, clients and members of the community at establishments within designated areas.
- Undertake duties relating to the operation of the building and surrounding grounds, ensuring minimal disruption to the daily activities of establishment users.
Requirements
- This post is an entry level, temporary position.
- Hours: 36 per week; Weeks per year: 52; Fixed term until 31 March 2026.
- Location: The James Young High School and other designated establishments within the area.
- Regulated Work with children and/or protected adults under PVG Scotland Act 2007; from 28 February 2011, preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer of employment.
