Manage all ticketing operations across all Matchroom Boxing events (UK and Ireland, USA, Mexico, Australia and other international markets).
- Work alongside event operations teams to produce seating map taking into account production considerations.
- Oversee on-sale execution, holds management, event builds, settlements and ensure consistent, high-quality ticketing operations.
- Oversee pricing strategy alongside senior management team. Identify and execute opportunities to optimise ticket sale conversion and strengthen commercial performance.
- Manage relationship with Victory Live (Matchroom Boxing official ticketing partner).
- Manage ticketing allocations with Victory Live, partners, fighters and group bookings.
- Serve as primary point of contact for all venue box office teams.
- Produce regular ticketing reports for senior management teams.
- Travel to tentpole shows to manage ticketing operations on the ground. Smaller events to be managed remotely.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in ticketing and box office operations within the live entertainment industry.
- Demonstrated familiarity with major ticketing platforms, including Ticketmaster and AXS.
- Ability to manage a large, geographically distributed portfolio of venues and events simultaneously.
- Self-directed with strong judgment and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as event schedules require.
Salary: IRO £70,000 plus bonuses subject to experience
Base: UK with overseas travel
