Leaders in major boxing promotion and production – Matchroom Boxing has now established itself as the only truly global boxing promoter, with active presence across many continents. Over the last decade, we have evolved our business to engage across major international markets, leading to new projects and events around the world. With more on the horizon, this exciting opportunity will play an important role within our fast-paced and exciting Global Design department.

Role Summary

You will be responsible for creating impactful, visually compelling collateral including designs for b2b presentations, pitches, digital marketing and communication campaigns and infographics. In addition, you’ll collaborate with the events and design team on the production of print throughout fight week ensuring all outputs meet our high standards for creativity and brand consistency. You’ll need the ability to mix creative flair with commercial awareness, possess exceptional time management and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for an experienced designer to present their skills at a global level.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare artwork for print/production following specifications
  • Liaise with external suppliers and printers ensuring that a consistent level of quality is maintained at all times
  • Work closely with the events team and communicate with colleagues across all levels of the business to ensure the smooth running of shows
  • Develop the organisation’s branding - including b2b presentations, pitches, design templates and marketing materials
  • Help contribute towards and develop our organisation’s internal sub-brands such as merchandise, podcasts and community campaigns
  • Contribute towards ideas to improve our branding
  • Support the design department with various creative requests

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • A positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative mindset
  • A solid background in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
  • Strong experience working with large format print and branding
  • Accountability and ownership of assigned work
  • Outstanding project management skills and experienced to prioritise effectively
  • Ability to effectively operate in a fast paced, deadline driven environment across multiple projects
