We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Practitioner (GP) or Family Medicine Doctor to join our healthcare team in Ireland. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar setting. You will have the opportunity to work with both public and private healthcare providers, including HSE (Health Service Executive) facilities and private GP clinics. Locum sessions are also available, offering flexibility in your schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
  • Conduct routine medical exams, health screenings, and preventive care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Provide health education to patients and their families.
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions and refer to specialists when necessary.
  • Ensure all medical assessments, treatments, and interventions comply with Irish healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Participate in continued professional development and training as required by the Irish Medical Council (IMC).
  • Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a General Practitioner or Family Medicine Doctor in a similar healthcare setting (experience in GP practices, clinics, or community healthcare is preferred).
  • Active Irish Medical Council (IMC) registration is required.
  • Must provide own medical indemnity.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with patients and their families.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and best medical practices.
  • Atypical visa support can be provided for candidates who need it (90 days duration, subject to conditions).
