MatchMedics is proud to partner with a leading Irish Minor Injuries provider as they expand into the UK private healthcare market.
As part of this exciting growth journey, we are seeking a Minor Injuries Physician to lead the launch and day-to-day operations of a brand-new Minor Injuries Clinic in Chiswick, West London.
Responsibilities
- Clinically evaluate and manage patients (12 months+) presenting with minor injuries and illnesses.
- Interpret x-rays and diagnose musculoskeletal injuries and fracture.
- Initial management of minor orthopaedic injuries.
- Experience in the management of minor injuries including suturing.
- Work as part of the team with nursing staff, administration and radiology.
- Liaise with the Clinical Operations Director in relation to clinical protocols, patient injury policies or patient related issues or queries.
Knowledge/Skills/Qualifications
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a public or private healthcare setting in the UK
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Urgent Care, ED or GP is desirable.
- Paediatric training/experience would be beneficial.

- Strong interest in emergency medicine.
- Ability to interpret x-rays and manage musculoskeletal fractures and injuries.
- Fluency in English.
