Know where you belong! Match Group is a leading provider of dating products across the globe. Our portfolio includes Tinder, Hinge, Match, Meetic, PlentyOfFish, OkCupid, The League, HER, and others, each designed to spark meaningful connections for singles worldwide. Creating a sense of belonging doesn’t stop at our products - it’s the foundation of every team we hire. When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life (IRL). We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL in our office 3 days/week.
Our team is part of the global Paid Media & Growth team that operates globally. London team architects, develops, and expands growth across the EMEA markets, committed to helping every single person discover a connection that aligns with their unique lifestyle and journey. Additionally, we fuel global growth for diverse Match Group brands - including Meetic/ Match, Ourtime, Tinder, Hinge, OkCupid, The League, Plenty Of Fish, and Salams - broadening our reach and impact around the world.
In this role, you will lead and execute high-impact user acquisition campaigns for Tinder across main European markets, driving scale, revenue growth, and brand resonance.
- Own and drive user acquisition: build scalable (multi-million €€€), performance-focused UA strategies that are optimized across platforms (display, social media, search, affiliation) & audiences to drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Performance reporting & insights: deliver timely, actionable reporting and insights on performance on a regular basis.
- Develop creative test strategies: collaborate with the design team, provide strategic context and insight for creative idea generation; share campaign results for creative optimisation.
- Champion channel innovation: manage relationships with online marketing partners, run test campaigns for additional scale, stay ahead of digital trends and channel innovations.
You bring 6+ years of digital marketing experience & user acquisition across major platforms. You have solid app experience, including hands-on expertise with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs such as Adjust, AppsFlyer) and a strong command of mobile-specific campaign tracking and attribution. You have hands-on experience with key campaign tools, from creative testing and tracking software to TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Snapchat, and affiliate networks. You have a full funnel/ marketing lifecycle experience. You’re genuinely passionate about media and media planning, with a deep curiosity for what drives performance. You’re analytically sharp - confident with numbers, proficient in Excel and Slides, and capable of translating data into actionable insights and clear next steps. You’re autonomous, reliable, and transparent in your communication - and flexible enough to adapt as business needs evolve. You speak fluent English and thrive in an international, fast-paced environment.
You’ll report directly to the Senior Media Director (Paris lead) and join a dynamic, growth-minded team that’s passionate about learning, evolving, and pushing boundaries every day. There will be 2 direct reports: Online Manager & Online Executive to manage & grow in their career. We operate in a truly international environment, collaborating closely with our colleagues (Paid Media & Growth team) in the U.S. (implying meetings with different time zones) and Tinder team in London. This role includes monthly trips to Paris to collaborate in person with the Tinder EMEA team. We value innovation, data-driven thinking, and operational excellence - and we’re looking for someone who’s eager to excel.
A first 30-45 min Zoom conversation with the recruiter, a 60 min onsite or virtual meeting with Nonna, the hiring manager (Sr. Director Media & Measurement Europe), an onsite live case study with Nonna and one Team Lead (Florent or Yanjun), a 30 min Zoom interview with Stephanie Wang (Head of Media & Growth), a 30 min Zoom interview with Henry Penny (Director, Paid Media), and a final 30 min Zoom interview with Céline (HR Business Partner).
