WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Be the gatekeeper for all new briefs; reviewing, questioning, pushing back
- Manage a variety of projects within the department, including brand partnerships, monthly shoots (alongside a Creative Producer), event and PR collateral, branding and communications
- Collaborate with the Traffic Manager for all resource requests and updates
- Work closely with project owners and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and managed, and work is prioritised accordingly
- Act as the key point of contact for projects requiring creative input, from brief to implementation and through to completion
- Build and maintain exceptional relationships with key stakeholders business-wide
- Work closely with the ECD to drive projects forward in an inspiring and collaborative way, ensuring teams are progressing as needed in each area
- Take responsibility for capturing, outlining and questioning the deliverables and budget across projects
- Strategize the flow and manage the project workload, efficiency and priorities
- Line manage one direct report, with a view for this to grow
