WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Be the gatekeeper for all new briefs; reviewing, questioning, pushing back
  • Manage a variety of projects within the department, including brand partnerships, monthly shoots (alongside a Creative Producer), event and PR collateral, branding and communications
  • Collaborate with the Traffic Manager for all resource requests and updates
  • Work closely with project owners and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and managed, and work is prioritised accordingly
  • Act as the key point of contact for projects requiring creative input, from brief to implementation and through to completion
  • Build and maintain exceptional relationships with key stakeholders business-wide
  • Work closely with the ECD to drive projects forward in an inspiring and collaborative way, ensuring teams are progressing as needed in each area
  • Take responsibility for capturing, outlining and questioning the deliverables and budget across projects
  • Strategize the flow and manage the project workload, efficiency and priorities
  • Line manage one direct report, with a view for this to grow
