We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who wants more than just an average dev job. You'll own features end-to-end, working closely with product owners, shaping architecture, and mentoring others while working with a modern, cloud‑native stack. Great engineering is a team sport. - Own features from concept to production; collaborate and co-own product and design to shape solutions

Requirements
- Full-stack development experience using Python or Ruby on Rails + React/Next.js or React Native
- Experience leading development projects or part of development projects
- Prior experience liaising with product teams and business stakeholders
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and automated testing
- Ability to design and deliver complex features from scratch and communicate them to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
