Do you have 3+ years' experience within Sales or Revenue Optimisation as a Sales Operations Manager or Revenue Operations Manager? Do you have extensive experience optimising HubSpot? Are you a commercially minded analytical individual who can optimise sales and marketing through data and insights?
We are working with a software company who are experiencing huge growth and have a reputation for being a market leader. As a Sales Operations Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving growth by ensuring marketing, sales, and customer on-boarding teams are operating at peak efficiency. You’ll own and optimise the HubSpot platform, you’ll be the architect behind how the business generates, qualifies and closes revenue. You’ll also lead cross-functional revenue projects and build scalable systems and processes that help meet ambitious goals.
Responsibilities:- HubSpot Ownership - administer and optimise HubSpot CRM across the full customer lifecycle from lead to renewal
- Revenue process optimisation: Map, analyse, and improve go-to-market workflows to eliminate friction, find efficiencies, implement automation where possible, and improve customers experience
- Data & Reporting: Build dashboards and reports to provide visibility into pipeline, funnel metrics, campaign performance, and forecast accuracy. Ensure data integrity, automation, and accurate reporting
- Lead Management: Improve lead scoring, routing, and SLAs between marketing and sales to maximise conversion.
- Revenue Insights: Provide strategic insights to the business leadership around performance trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities.
- Tool & Tech Stack Management: Evaluate, integrate, and manage revenue-related tools to enhance team efficiency.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- 3+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Ops, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment
- Extensive experience with HubSpot – both strategic and hands-on
- Ideally hold HubSpot qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex data
- Highly experienced in Microsoft packaged particularly Excel
- Desirable experience in PowerBI or SQL
- Proven ability to build scalable processes to drive revenue
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up or scale-up environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
