The company is a leading FinTech Software Company, experiencing huge growth and with a reputation for being a market leader. They are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their already well-established sales function. This role is a hybrid position and progression into a full sales cycle role can be expected within 12 - 18 months.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will develop your sales and business skills whilst showing them the most innovative solution the market has to offer. New business will be generated through marketing leads, existing CRM, events and networking, so there is no need to search for leads yourself. This business is rapidly growing with an excellent culture and great office environment.
You will need to have 12+ months B2B sales experience ideally within a Business Development, Sales Development or Internal sales role.
- Prospect and create new leads to increase sales pipeline through both outbound cold calls, emails and LinkedIn messaging and inbound demo requests.
- Route qualified opportunities to the sales team by scheduling discovery calls with Account Executives.
- Be a brand champion and educate prospective clients on the value proposition.
