A high growth company in the Financial SaaS – FinTech sector is looking for a Professional Services Consultant to help their customers get the most value and best experience from their technology. The company has a reputation for being a market leader and is experiencing huge growth.
The main focus of this role is delivering high level training and consultancy to customers, supporting both their on-boarding and continued use of the suite of financial software products. This is a broad role which incorporates customer on-boarding, presales, training, demonstrations, customer experience, and customer consulting. The majority of customer engagement is done remotely; however, there is also the opportunity to visit customers as required.
Requirements:- Collaborate with other members of both the Sales and Professional Services team to deliver training and consultancy to customers.
- Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits.
- Onboard customers, delivering product training, workshops, and consultancy sessions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained throughout.
- Proactively scope out technical solutions required to address customer requirements.
- Provide internal product knowledge to Sales Team members.
- Deliver remote or on-site professional consultancy sessions.
- Previous experience in a customer success, software training, consultancy, presales, or customer experience position.
- Experience working with financial software such as Accounting Software, Tax Solutions, Financial Software, or Bookkeeping Solutions is preferred.
- Experience delivering software training and consultancy sessions to all levels of customers.
- Experience delivering paid training/consultancy sessions either remotely or on-site.
- Confidence in presenting to a large audience.
- Ability to deliver remote webinars.
- Accountancy qualifications would be highly preferable.
