Our client is a leading Global FinTech SaaS vendor with a reputation for industry-leading solutions. You will be joining as they continue to scale their EMEA operation following significant recent investment. You will be joining a business of over 1000 people, with excellent longevity and a strong working culture.
Their FinTech solutions are aimed at financial technology companies and are mainly sold at an Enterprise level with high AOVs and longer sales cycles. Their customers rely on them to help protect and scale their financial organisations by streamlining processes through technology.
In the PreSales role you will be part of the EMEA Presales team being built to strengthen their capability to support ongoing sales opportunities. You will work alongside Account Executives to provide required software solutions expertise in all phases of the sales process, from first contact with a lead to conversion to an active customer. You will be an integral part of their sales processes, supporting the Sales Team with expertise in a highly customer-facing role.
The geographical scope of the role is the EMEA region, with main focus on the UK and mainland Europe, and you will be working in a highly international environment. You will have 6+ years of PreSales experience and ideally experience with Enterprise FinTech SaaS solutions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead engagements with new opportunities identifying and articulating customer challenges and opportunities and mapping their solutions and services to create clear, differentiated value propositions
- Support sales opportunities from qualification to closure by joining sales meetings, presenting solutions and services, and managing demos and workshops with relevant experts
- Support sales team in internal opportunity/account reviews
- Act as the interface between Clients, Sales and Product to interpret, articulate, organise and prioritise market requirements
- Respond to functional and technical sections in RFPs and RFIs
Experience Required
- Wealth of customer-facing experience
- Experience in a PreSales capacity with Enterprise FinTech SaaS solutions
- Product implementations with responsibilities including product demonstrations and product training
- Proven ability to manage RFIs/RFPs
- Strong ability to understand product suites to articulate business value and drivers relevant to the client’s circumstances
- Proven ability to juggle multiple ongoing sales opportunities and work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Experience documenting Presales activities in the process of converting opportunities to closed deals
- Preferred: Good understanding of Banking & Finance industry
