The company are a leading FinTech Software Company, experience huge growth and with a reputation for being a market leader. They are looking for an Account Manager to join their already well established sales function to manage a portfolio of their core customer base. As a disrupter in the industry they are currently growing at a exceptional pace and can offer short-term and long-term progression and development opportunities. They are looking for a self-motivated, experienced and confident Account Manager that has the proven ability to run and manage your own territory to achieve revenue targets. You will be selling their award-winning software using a professional and consultative approach to sales maximizing opportunities for long term growth. You will need to have 18 months sales experience in SaaS and experience of managing a portfolio of existing relationships working to revenue and retention targets. Ideally this will be experience within a FinTech company. Account Manager Deliver upon a monthly target with a systematic approach to territory management and identifying opportunities for growth Engage all your customers on a minimum of a quarterly basis and conduct regular account reviews Strong understanding of key customer objectives and what success looks like for them Upsell and Cross-sell additional software and solutions into the customer base Schedule and execute annual account reviews with key customers Experience Required: Account Manager ~18+ months B2B sales experience – ideally within a FinTech company such as Accountancy Software, Tax Solutions, Payroll, Compliance, Forecasting, ~ The ability to build sales plans within a territory ~ Commercial awareness ~
