The company is a leading Financial Software Company, experiencing huge growth and with a reputation for being a market leader. They are looking for a Customer Success Manager to help their customers get the most value and best experience from their technology. They are looking for an exceptional communicator who would thrive in their Professional Services team.
The main focus of this role is delivering high level training and consultancy to their customers, supporting both their on-boarding and continued use of the suite of financial software products. This is a broad role which incorporates customer on-boarding, presales, training, demonstrations, customer experience, and customer consulting. The majority of customer engagement is done remotely; however, there is also the opportunity to visit customers as and when required.
Requirements:- Collaborate with other members of both the Sales and Professional Services team to deliver training and consultancy to customers.
- Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits.
- Onboard customers, delivering product training, workshops, and consultancy sessions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained throughout.
- Proactively scope out technical solutions required to address customer requirements.
- Provide internal product knowledge to Sales Team members.
- Deliver remote or on-site professional consultancy sessions.
- Previous experience in a customer success, software training, consultancy, presales, or customer experience position.
- Experience working with financial software such as Accounting Software, Tax Solutions, Financial Software, Bookkeeping Solutions is preferred.
- Experience at delivering software training and consultancy sessions to all levels of customers.
- Experience at delivering paid for training/consultancy sessions either remotely or on-site for customers.
- Confidence at presenting to a large audience.
- Ability to deliver remote webinars.
- Accountancy qualifications would be highly preferable.
