Join Matchday Collective as a Campus Manager and lead the brand\’s presence on campus. We\’re building the UK\’s leading streetwear brand, creating premium, elevated pieces for the modern sports fan. Each item is inspired by fashion, travel, music, and culture, designed to be noticed, crafted with care, and made to feel as good as it looks.
Matchday is backed by a founder from a branding agency, another who runs a fashion house producing 100,000 garments a week, a streetwear designer, and one who leads the world\’s largest sports fan group. On top of that, we\’ve built an ambassador network of over 10 million fans across the UK. Now, we\’re taking it to the next level ahead of our official launch at the end of November.
As a Campus Manager, you\’ll be the driving force behind Matchday on campus, recruiting and supporting ambassadors, organising events and activations, and identifying opportunities to expand the brand\’s reach. You\’ll act as the main point of contact for the brand on campus, providing feedback and insights to help shape our campaigns.

What You\’ll Get Involved With
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of student ambassadors.
- Plan and run campus initiatives, pop-ups, and social campaigns.
- Lead events, parties, and activations, including opportunities to join international trips.
- Monitor ambassador activity and track engagement, sales, and campus growth.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships with societies, clubs, and student groups.
- Influence how Matchday is seen across campus and help shape its presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Find, manage and motivate a team of ambassadors, ensuring goals are met.
- Plan, organise, and oversee campus events and brand activations.
- Act as the main liaison between ambassadors and the Matchday team.
- Track performance metrics and provide feedback to the marketing team.
- Represent Matchday on campus, lead by example and engage peers.
