Launching in Spring 2026, Matchday Collective is a streetwear brand inspired by fashion, sport culture, music, and art. We create premium, ethically made streetwear that blends high-end design with precision detailing, using materials like heavyweight cotton, microfiber, and brushed fleece. Our collections feature exclusive collaborations, one-off pieces, and limited drops, each designed to make a statement and tell its own story. We are shaping the future of matchday fashion, and we are looking for ambitious, creative, motivated people to join us and be part of our growth.

The Role: We are looking for a creative, ambitious, and proactive Creative & Social Media Intern to help grow Matchday Collective's online presence and develop engaging content across all platforms. You will get hands-on experience producing social media content, coordinating campaigns, and collaborating with the marketing team to connect our brand with fans online. While the internship is voluntary, it is a unique opportunity to build your portfolio, learn from a growing brand, and be part of shaping the future of matchday fashion.

What You'll Do:

  • Content Creation: Help create visually striking content for Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and more.
  • Social Media Management: Assist with scheduling, posting, and monitoring engagement across channels.
  • Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team on content-led campaigns, product drops, and activations.
  • Trend Research: Stay on top of social media trends, football, fashion, and cultural movements.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track engagement metrics and provide insights to optimise content performance.
  • Brainstorming & Strategy: Contribute fresh ideas for social campaigns, activations, and collaborations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Passionate about social media, content creation, and football/fashion.
  • Strong communication skills, confident writing captions and presenting ideas.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with an eye for detail.
  • Basic experience with social media platforms, trends, and content creation.
  • Bonus: familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, or video editing tools.
