Basic salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum + commission (OTE £5,000 per annum)

Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm (39 hours per week). Kettering. Full time - office based. Permanent.

Match Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of their client, a well-established construction industry supplier with its own branded product range. Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit a Sales Coordinator to join their Kettering-based team.

This role is ideal for a motivated, resilient sales professional who enjoys building relationships over the phone and is confident making targeted outbound calls to architects and contractors. The position is heavily telephone-based, with a strong emphasis on proactive outbound sales activity.

While strong organisational skills and a high level of customer service are important, the primary focus of the role is sales rather than order processing. Success in this role will come from confidence in approaching new contacts, the ability to engage effectively with decision-makers, and a persistent, results-driven approach to generating opportunities.
