Customer Service Administrator

Salary: £12.71 per hour/ £24,784.50 per annum

Shift pattern: Monday Friday (37.5 hours per week) weekly rotational shifts: 8am 4pm/ 9am 5pm. Working both shifts is essential.

Match Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of their client based in Northampton. This is a busy and varied position within a friendly, supportive team where you'll be the first point of contact for patients, coordinating medication deliveries and arranging nurse visits. Summary of role:

Our client works in partnership with the NHS, helping to ensure patients across the UK receive their medication directly to their homes. They also provide additional support for patients who need help administering their medication, and that's where this team comes in.

You'll be the first point of contact for new patients joining the service who require an initial medication delivery. The patients will be expecting your call, so you'll contact them to arrange their first delivery before coordinating with one of the company's field-based nurses, who will then arrange a home visit to provide any necessary training and support.

The role also involves handling inbound calls from patients (their customers), whether they're returning your call or getting in touch with general queries, so you'll spend a large proportion of your day on the phone. Because of this, you'll need to be confident speaking with people and able to provide a professional and reassuring service.

Alongside the telephone work, you'll support the wider team with a range of administration duties. This includes managing nurse referrals, allocating patients to the most suitable nurse based on location, availability and specialist skills, responding to emails, updating the CRM system, producing reports and carrying out general data entry.
