We are looking for somebody who can take ownership of complex cases, work through information carefully and deal with sensitive customer and service issues in a calm, structured way, within a role that sits at the centre of customer and service resolution. You will be joining a close-knit team of 8. This is a temporary ongoing contract, paid weekly, with genuine long-term potential and the opportunity to go permanent.
