Salary between £60,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on relevant previous experience).

Monday to Friday. 37.5 hour working week. Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5pm and Friday, 8:30am to 3:45pm (45 minute lunch break).

Match Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of their client based in Kettering. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established international business in a role that will see you become a key part of the decision-making process.

Working closely with senior management, you'll provide the financial analysis and insight needed to support business performance, future planning and ongoing growth initiatives.

You’ll become involved in budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis and business case preparation, helping the business understand performance and identify opportunities for improvement. The insight you provide will be used by senior management to evaluate opportunities, improve performance and support our clients' long-term objectives.
