Given the financial aspects of the role, our client is looking for someone with prior experience processing invoices in a commercial office setting, so you'll feel comfortable and confident reviewing invoices from day one. Whilst prior office experience is essential, financial qualifications aren't essential, but would of course, be beneficial.
Summary of duties for the Invoicing Administrator:
- The main purpose of this role is to take ownership of the invoicing process while supporting the wider Service Department through accurate administration and clear, professional communication.
