Liability Adjuster / Senior Liability Adjuster – East of England (Hybrid/Home-Based)
We're recruiting on behalf of a leading independent loss adjusting firm for an experienced Liability Adjuster to join their Loss Adjusting Division.
This role is home-based with flexibility across the East of England.
The
Role: You'll proactively investigate and report on liability claims, covering legal and policy liability as well as quantum, gathering and analysing evidence to support clear, well-structured recommendations.
You'll manage your own caseload with real autonomy, delivering a market-leading service on behalf of our client.
- What You'll Bring
- Minimum 5 years' liability claims experience, including 2 years in an external adjusting role
- Cert CILA / CII qualified, or working towards
- Strong knowledge of liability claims principles, property damage liability experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage a varied caseload under pressure, hitting SLAs and KPIs
