£12.71 per hour/ £26,436.80 per annum

Monday to Friday (40 hours paid per week with a 1 hour unpaid daily break). Weekly rotational shift pattern: 8am to 5pm/ 8:30am to 5:30pm. No weekends.

Brackmills, Northampton. Office based. Long term temporary with the opportunity to go permanent.

Match Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of their client based in Northampton. We are looking for somebody who can take ownership of complex cases, work through information carefully and deal with sensitive customer and service issues in a calm, structured way, within a role that sits at the centre of customer and service resolution. You will be joining a close-knit team of 8.

This is a temporary ongoing contract, paid weekly, with genuine long-term potential and the opportunity to go permanent.
