Basic salary: £26,436.80 - £28,500 per annum (depending on relevant experience)

Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm (40 hours per week). No weekends.

Location: Northampton. Fully office based. Permanent.

Match Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of their client based in Northampton. This is a full-time, office based role, working within a small Service Department.

Given the financial aspects of the role, our client is looking for someone with prior experience processing invoices in a commercial office setting, so you'll feel comfortable and confident reviewing invoices from day one. Whilst prior office experience is essential, financial qualifications aren't essential, but would of course, be beneficial.

Summary of duties for the Credit Control Administrator:

The main purpose of this role is to take ownership of the invoicing process while supporting the wider Service Department through accurate administration and clear, professional communication. You'll play an important role in ensuring invoices are issued correctly, financial records are kept up to date, and any discrepancies are resolved promptly.
