The predicted salary is between 26436 - 26436 £ per year.

Salary: £12.71 per hour/ £26,436.80 per annum

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) with 1 in 4 Saturdays, working 9am to 1pm (hours back in lieu). Monday to Friday weekly rotational shifts with rota far in advance: 8am to 5pm and 9:30am to 6:30pm.

Office based in Northampton, Brackmills. Long term temporary with opportunity to go permanent.

Match Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of their client based in Northampton. You will be joining a business with a strong and stable business model. You will work in their medium sized Contact Centre, within a small team of Advisors. This role is full time - office based at their Brackmills Head Office.

Summary of Call Centre Advisor:

In this role, you will primarily be on the phone, making outbound calls to customers to confirm their scheduled delivery. There will also be some inbound calls. Our client partners with the NHS to deliver medication directly to customers' doors - specifically for those needing ongoing, repeat prescriptions. To ensure a smooth delivery, each order must be pre-booked with a professional call, and that's where you come in. This is not cold calling;
