The Opportunity

We are exclusively recruiting on behalf of a market-leading provider of legal and claims solutions. Our client is looking for an experienced and technical Team Leader to join their specialist Fraud Department. This is a pivotal role where you will proactively manage a team of counter-fraud investigators and support the Head of Department in delivering technical quality and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Manage the day-to-day performance of the team, including 1-2-1s, leave management, and allocation of new work.
  • Operational Support: Actively support the Head of Department, with the capability to deputise in their absence and assist with client SLA and MI requirements.
  • Technical Oversight: Ensure a high level of technical quality and adherence to contractual KPIs, particularly regarding motor fraud, GAP, and fraud investigation claims.
  • Client Relations: Maintain and develop insurance client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service is provided at all times.

  • Expert Knowledge: Excellent understanding of motor fraud investigation principles and claims.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record in personnel management and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
