This is a key role covering the Midlands and surrounding areas, perfect for a technical expert who thrives on proactive claim assessment and evidence analysis.

The Role:
- Claim Management: Proactively investigate and report on liability claims, assessing policy liability and quantum.
- Technical Excellence: Gather and analyse evidence to support recommendations while ensuring full compliance with Client SLAs and KPIs.
- Customer Focus: Deliver timely, accurate reports and maintain exceptional service standards throughout the claims lifecycle.
- Collaborative Environment: Work positively as part of a team and independently to resolve complex issues.
What you need:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in liability claims, including at least 1 year in an external adjusting role.
- Qualifications: Minimum Cert CILA / CII, or a strong willingness to work towards these certifications.
- Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of liability principles, strong IT literacy, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a proactive and flexible approach.
