This is a brand new role, which has been created to deliver clear, trusted information directly to households in a friendly and non-sales environment.
Summary of what your day to day will look like:
- This is a field-based role where you'll be visiting pre-identified properties and delivering information packs. It's important to stress that this is not a sales role. You're not selling anything or asking for commitments. The aim is simply to provide clear, helpful information to households that have already been identified as eligible.
- Head Office will provide a guide for your routes across each area, giving you a clear structure to work from. From there, you'll have the flexibility to make it your own, as long as all areas are covered effectively.
- You'll approach conversations with homeowners in a friendly, approachable way, offering reassurance and clear information without any pressure or pushy tactics.
- You'll keep accurate records of your visits and any interactions on the CRM system, making sure all information is up to date.
- You'll also keep Head Office informed of your progress and flag anything that needs follow-up, working closely with internal teams to keep everything running smoothly.
What's required to be successful in this role:
- This role does require a practical and reliable approach day to day. You'll be distributing a high volume of information packs, so being comfortable with a physically active role and staying organised is important.
- You'll also need to be willing to use your own car to move between areas where needed.
- As part of the role, you may be required to store materials at home, so having a bit of space and being able to manage stock sensibly will help.
