The predicted salary is between 25396 - 26896 £ per year.
Basic salary: £25,396.80 per annum. Plus department bonus scheme of an additional OTE of £1,500 per year. You will be eligible to join this bonus scheme after your 6 month probation. In year one you would be eligible for £750 OTE in bonus.
Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm (40 hours per week). No weekends. Northampton. Office based. Permanent.

Summary of duties for the Quotations Administrator:The primary focus of this role is to manage the full administrative process of generating quotations and estimates for repairs and spare parts. You will be responsible for handling quote requests from field-based engineers, the service sales team, and customers. This position requires a highly organised and methodical individual with strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of commercial processes.
- Receiving enquiries from our customers, resellers, engineers and Service Sales team via email.
- Assisting customers on any quotation queries to resolve in a timely manner.
- Contacting customers to clarify quotation requirements.
- Contacting engineers to ascertain information relating to quotes requested.
- Contacting our factories and suppliers for repair components or spare parts.
- Prepare and issue accurate and timely quotations for customers, tailoring them to specific needs and ensuring all details are correct.
- Using our supplier portals to generate product repair estimates.
- Generate and issue quotations to customers in line with our SLAs and KPIs.
- Updating repair and spares trackers to ensure visibility of lead-times through to delivery.
- Ensuring POs received are forwarded to the correct team member to convert.
- Raising Pro-Formas for customer spares orders.
- Liaise with our factories and manufacturing partners for delivery updates.
