Salary between £60,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on relevant previous experience). Monday to Friday, 37.5 hour working week. Office based in the Kettering area. Permanent position.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established international business in a role that will see you become a key part of the decision-making process. Working closely with senior management, you'll provide the financial analysis and insight needed to support business performance, future planning and ongoing growth initiatives.
You will be involved in:
- Analysing Financial and Operational Performance: Providing the financial information and commercial understanding needed to support key business decisions by identifying trends, understanding variances and highlighting opportunities.
- Monitoring Costs and Identifying Improvements: Gaining a detailed understanding of manufacturing costs and operational performance, analysing trends and investigating variances across the site.
- Budgeting, Forecasting and Business Support: Involvement in a wide range of financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting and business planning.
- Driving Continuous Improvement: Working closely with colleagues across Finance and Operations to identify opportunities to improve reporting, strengthen processes and increase visibility of business performance.
To be considered, you'll ideally have previous experience within a manufacturing environment, where you've been involved in budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis and providing financial insight to support operational decision-making.
