Part-time position, 15 hours per week. Salary: £28,000 pro rata / £14.36 per hour. This will be hybrid: remote with at least one shift office-based per week. Must live in sensible commuting distance to Weldon, Corby office.
Office based in Corby, Weldon area. Permanent position. Our client is flexible with your choice of shifts within their office hours of 8:30 am - 5 pm and 2:30 pm finish on a Friday. The only non-negotiable working day being Monday, either office based or remote. Our client has requested that this be the successful person's sole employment.

Role summary of the Customer Service Coordinator:
This role involves managing the process from offer acceptance through to completion, including:
- Chasing clients for confirmations
- Obtaining signed agreements
- Liaising with third party stakeholders
You’ll play a pivotal role in reactivating cases that have gone quiet or stalled, proactively chasing updates and keeping everything on track to ensure a seamless and positive experience for every client.
Day to day duties of the Customer Service Coordinator:
- Progress active cases, keeping clients informed and supported.
- Reconnect with clients who have gone quiet or stalled.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate information.
- Chase outstanding documents, confirmations, and appointments.
- Handle cancellations or withdrawals sensitively, resolving barriers where possible.
- Maintain detailed records in the CRM and produce reports as required.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and client experience.
Due to the requirements of the role, our client has specified that only candidates with recent and previous similar experience within a back-office environment and with telephone experience will be considered.
