The Role
As Product Manager, you'll own the product roadmap from discovery through to delivery.
You'll be responsible for understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring the platform continues to evolve in line with both customer feedback and business objectives.
This is a highly collaborative role, working across engineering, commercial and operational teams to prioritise initiatives that improve customer experience, increase engagement and support business growth.
You'll balance strategic thinking with day-to-day delivery, ensuring the right features are built at the right time while continually refining the user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Develop and own the product roadmap aligned to business objectives.
- Prioritise features and enhancements based on customer value, commercial impact and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with founders and stakeholders to shape long-term product direction.
- Balance customer needs with business priorities and available development capacity.
- Customer Insight & Product Discovery
- Develop a deep understanding of customer behaviours, challenges and opportunities.
- Gather feedback through customer interviews, user testing and product analytics.
- Translate customer insight into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Continually validate assumptions and test new ideas before development.
- Product Delivery
- Work closely with software engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria and product requirements.
- Support sprint planning and backlog prioritisation.
- Ensure new functionality is thoroughly tested before release.
- Coordinate successful product launches and feature rollouts.
- User Experience
- Champion an intuitive, engaging customer experience across the platform.
- Identify opportunities to simplify user journeys and reduce friction.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to improve usability and accessibility.
- Contribute to product copy, onboarding journeys and customer communications where appropriate.
