The opportunity
Match Performance is supporting an established and growing management consultancy in the appointment of a Delivery Manager.
This is a hands-on consulting role for someone who can lead small delivery teams, work directly with clients and turn analysis into measurable operational improvement.

You will typically lead a team of two to three consultants while working closely with stakeholders ranging from senior executives to frontline managers. You will help clients understand the causes of underperformance, implement practical solutions and embed the management behaviours needed to sustain the improvement.
This is not a remote advisory position. You will be visible within the client organisation, actively involved in delivery and accountable for achieving results.
What we’re looking for
We are interested in experienced management consultants and transformation professionals who combine analytical capability with a practical delivery style.
You should be comfortable entering an unfamiliar organisation, quickly understanding how it operates and working alongside its people to deliver improvement.
