Our Delivery team is growing and part of this includes the need for a new Delivery lead, with previous recruitment experience, agency or client side. You’ll have well refined business skills, a proven track record of delivering high quality services to high demand clients. You must care passionately about what you do and let your high standards show in every aspect of your role.
Responsibilities
- Effectively network with a variety of candidates both passive and active – principally at Project and Programme management level, but also up to Exec level.
- Develop client opportunities within existing Financial Services clients, while maintaining an excellent delivery ratio.
- Identify, filter and engage hard to find candidates for live vacancies and effectively manage our unique candidate validation process.
- Keep up to date client and candidate records on our CRM system.
Skills needed
- Previous Client services and/or Account Management in the Recruitment industry essential.
- A confident communicator, with highly refined influencing skills, drive and energy and a good sense of humour.
- Ambition and a strong desire to deliver high quality client services.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
