£550-£650 per day or £75-90k basic + bonus and benefits

Must have extensive Business Change and financial services experience.

Our client, a Consultant business based in London, is seeking an ambitious Change Project Manager to join their Delivery team.

Essential skills and experience:

  • 7 years+ project management experience with at least 2 of those years spent within the Insurance sector
  • Detailed knowledge of a variety of project methodologies, planning processes and techniques
  • Significant experience of monitoring and reporting in a project environment
  • Experience of managing multiple projects at least 6 months in length with £1m+ budgets
  • Experience delivering medium cross-functional business change projects
  • Experience of resolving conflicts within project environments
  • Experience of delivering on complex, diverse, ambiguous and high value projects
  • Complex stakeholder management
  • Detailed knowledge of project constraints and complexity
  • Detailed knowledge of risk management principles and their impacts on projects
  • Management of teams of a minimum of 5 people
  • Successful third party management
  • Effective operating within uncertain and changeable environments
  • Personally managing 2+ projects of the above characteristics
  • Knowledge and experience of Agile and ideally Scrum
  • Knowledge of the banking market, products and competitors
  • Knowledge of banking regulatory and legislatory frameworks
