Match Media Group, the advertising division of Match Group, is seeking an Account Manager to join our London City team.
What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with Sales throughout the full campaign lifecycle, from ideation and planning through execution and post-campaign analysis.
- Manage campaign delivery, including monitoring performance and implementing optimizations to ensure success.
- Lead post-campaign reporting and wrap-ups, delivering clear insights and recommendations.
- Identify and drive upsell opportunities and repeat business with existing clients.
- Collaborate with Ad Operations to troubleshoot delivery issues and implement proactive optimization strategies.
- Utilize Google Ad Manager (GAM) to assess inventory availability and inform campaign planning.
- Support month-end billing, reconciliation, and forecasting for both delivered and in-flight campaigns.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2–3 years of experience within a digital advertising, media, or agency environment.
- Strong communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and organization.
- Experience participating in and contributing to creative brainstorming and campaign development.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Ad Manager; familiarity with Boostr is a plus.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with digital advertising agencies and clients.
- Managing the execution of complex digital advertising campaigns end-to-end.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to deliver timely, effective solutions.
