This role requires strong stakeholder management & engagement skills, and the ability to work with global cross-cultural teams and lead programs aimed at improving digital marketing effectiveness to find areas of optimisation that deliver optimum ROI and conversions.
As Optimisation Specialist, you will:
- Lead data-driven strategies for global digital marketing and customer experience optimisation, aligning strategies with business objectives and key growth initiatives.
- Build and implement project plans for marketing enhancements and optimisation initiatives.
- Drive end-to-end strategies and initiatives to enhance marketing effectiveness and increase ROI.
- Develop solutions for marketing challenges using data insights, driving user engagement and conversion.
- Analyse paid media and website audiences to understand user behaviour and optimise website journeys for higher engagement and conversion.
- Analyse campaign results and media effectiveness to identify and implement optimisation opportunities across all digital marketing efforts.
- Design and implement A/B testing and data-driven optimisation strategies to continuously improve performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards with actionable insights on digital marketing effectiveness and optimisation strategies.
- Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders (including leadership).
- Provide data support for SEO improvement efforts and web usability enhancements.
- Collaborate with the digital engagement team to identify SEO opportunities and develop strategies to improve organic visibility and search engine rankings.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across marketing, product, engineering, and sales, ensuring optimisation efforts support organisational strategies and goals.
- Foster collaboration to ensure data-driven insights inform decision-making across teams.
- Partner with data scientists and engineers to design a robust, secure, and scalable marketing insight platform.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritise, schedule, and monitor the performance of paid media campaign optimisation testing programs.
- Oversee data-driven optimisation initiatives across global markets, boosting the use of analytical tools, landing page optimisation & personalisation techniques, and journey funnels for informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Equip teams with the tools and knowledge to analyse data, identify trends, and translate insights into action. Share best practices through training and mentoring sessions.
- Empower teams to translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations for optimising website marketing campaigns and delivering exceptional customer experiences for diverse audiences.
We would like you to have:
- Experience as an Optimisation Strategist, Optimisation Manager, or Digital Marketing Analyst, with demonstrable experience driving strategic decision-making that impacts business growth.
- Exposure to digital optimisation, web analytics, CRO / landing page optimisation & personalisation, and SEO.
- A proven track record leading and executing complex data analysis projects.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global, multicultural environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to lead conversations around priorities, impact, and resources with business stakeholders.
