The role
We’re hiring for a Senior Digital Account Manager to join the Client Services team and become the primary digital contact for a number of clients.
As Digital Account Manager, you’ll build trust, create clarity, and ensure that strategy, delivery, and performance are aligned.
This role is the primary day-to-day contact for clients and will lead calls & reviews, translating digital strategy into actions.
We’re looking for someone with strong digital marketing knowledge & agency experience, commercial acumen and client-facing digital strategy experience.
The role in brief
- Client relationship management
- Build long-term relationships whilst acting as the primary day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
- Lead client calls including monthly performance reviews, strategy calls, and project updates.
- Manage expectations and addressing issues early and constructively whilst ensuring clients understand how the digital strategy supports their business goals.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen and extend client relationships.

- Work closely with the Digital Director and Digital Marketing Manager to shape and ensure client strategies are aligned with objectives, KPIs, and commercial outcomes.
- Translate performance data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Support the preparation and delivery of client reports and presentations.
- Project and delivery management
- Brief internal teams, ensuring scope, timelines, and objectives are understood.
- Track progress across workstreams to ensure alignment with project schedules and clients are kept up to date on progress.
- Quality check deliverables before they go to clients, flagging any risks, delays, or scope changes early.
- Collaboration and internal alignment
- Work closely with Client Success Managers to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Act as the client voice internally, ensuring priorities and expectations are clearly communicated .
- Contribute ideas and insights to improve internal processes, delivery efficiency, and client outcomes.
- We’re looking for someone who has
- Worked as a Digital Account Manager or Client Manager in an agency role.
- A strong understanding of (one of the following) digital marketing channels: paid media, SEO, web, CRM.
- Managed multiple client accounts and concurrent projects.
- Superb communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with performance data and translating these insights into actions.
