The Associate Product Manager (APM) will collaborate closely with the Product Manager to oversee the development of new initiatives that contribute to a high-quality member base, primed for conversion opportunities. This role will contribute to the development of the registration, onboarding, and member experience.

The APM develops products that ensure customers are able to enrol as members across all consumer touchpoints and that they remain motivated to maintain their membership, use services, and to provide high quality data on shopping preferences.

We’re looking for someone with a background in Digital Marketing or CRM that has an interest in developing their career working on marketing products. This is not a tactical marketing role but rather combines strategic, commercial, and the management of technical counterparts.

As Assistant Product Manager, you will:

  • Report to the Product Manager and contribute to the planning, development, and backlog of acquisition & member experience channels, including both new & existing product development.
  • Brief internal stakeholders (data & technical product teams), ensuring alignment on project schedules, requirements, and impacts.
  • Collaborate with data teams for analysis on the product and to identify new areas of focus.
  • Oversee teams executing A/B and MVT and further analyse these tests to draw insights that optimise product performance.
  • Support the Product Manager in providing acquisition and engagement data to local markets.
  • Work closely with counties, commercial and operational teams to support acquisition at local level.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Product Manager who in turn schedules sprints with the in-house development team.

We’re looking for:

  • Experience working in Digital Marketing (CRM / marketing automation / UX / membership / loyalty) OR experience working as a Product Manager on a marketing product.
  • A mix of business and technical know-how with strong problem solving and communication skills.
  • Analytical and data skills coupled with the ability to draw insights that inform product strategies.
  • Experience working with data from A/B or MVT.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud, SAS.
  • An understanding of UX design principles.
  • Experience working on a consumer-facing product.
  • Worked in an international matrix organisation, across multiple countries and time zones (preferred).
