London (2 days per week in the office)

The role involves collaborating with marketing and data teams to monitor, evaluate, and optimise marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications. These marketing products are campaigns sold to partner brands, allowing them to geotarget our client’s customers and incentivise them to shop using promotions. The Campaign Optimisation Specialist will be responsible for the day‑to‑day optimisation of these marketing campaigns, maximising their impact, ensuring data‑driven decision making, and enhancing campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Track, analyse, and interpret campaign KPIs across all channels, measuring campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Provide actionable recommendations and insights to improve campaign performance and audience targeting & segmentation.
  • Design, implement, and analyse A/B tests and other experiments to validate performance strategies.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to ensure that global stakeholders are clear on campaign outcomes and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and data teams to align campaign objectives with performance and data‑driven optimisations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience using marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, SAS 360 or similar.
  • Worked on the optimisation of marketing campaigns across CRM / email / SMS / push.
  • Knowledge of campaign analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, SAS 360 or similar.
  • An analytical and problem‑solving mindset with the ability to translate data into insights.
  • An understanding of marketing KPIs, attribution models, and optimisation techniques.
  • Strong time management, reporting, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
