The Design team learns from global markets, functions and customers to build experiences that respond to customer needs in a rapidly evolving industry, thus giving customers reasons to fall in love with the brand. The aim is to provide customer-centric, differentiated, and valuable experiences across multiple channels and touchpoints, whilst contributing to the ambition to achieve sustainable growth and social contribution. We’re looking for a Digital Experience Designer to help the team craft customer experiences for the future.

What will this involve?

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer journey initiatives forward using design thinking and data-driven design.
  • Concept UX / UI designs for cross-platform experiences (across both web and mobile).
  • Concept innovative IOT features & revenue generation services.
  • Create prototypes that solve problems using high fidelity design tools.
  • Support workshops and design sprints.
  • Support with the growth of internal digital toolkits.
  • Work with the wider team to help define new product opportunities, problems & goals, articulate business value and design user flows & journeys to create seamless customer experiences.

We would like you to have:

  • End to end digital design for web and mobile, including supporting development teams with design handoff and specifications using web and mobile design systems.
  • Collaborated with development teams to discuss and decide on design / front-end execution.
  • An understanding of data-driven design, using data to enhance experience design.
  • Experience using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Miro and Adobe Suite.
  • Design support for A/B testing experience.
  • Supported internal workshops and design sprints in the past.
  • Nice to have – experience with UX Writing.
