What to Expect at the Assessment Centre

The session will last approximately 3–4 hours and will include

  • A Group Activity
  • A Presentation based on a pre-set brief

As a Trainee Assistant Merchandiser, you'll play a key role in supporting our Assistant Merchandisers to optimize product availability, sales, and profitability.

You'll work within our Product & Stock Placement teams, ensuring efficient stock flow through the supply chain—from product signoff to the end of the product life cycle.

By managing stock systems, processes, and communication effectively, you'll help us deliver the best customer experience.
