Regional Visual Manager

About The Role

Were looking for a Regional Visual Manager to bring our brand to life across stores in your region. In this role, youll lead the delivery of consistent, impactful, and commercially effective visual merchandising that enhances the customer experience and drives sales. Youll work hand-in-hand with Regional Managers, store leadership teams, and our Central VM team to set the standard and inspire teams to deliver.

This is a field-based role with a significant amount of travel across the South East, so youll need to be comfortable being on the move and spending plenty of time in stores. No two days will look the same, from coaching store teams, to implementing seasonal floor sets, to keeping a sharp eye on competitors and retail trends, youll play a key role in shaping how our customers experience Matalan.

About You

Youre a creative leader with a strong commercial mindset and a track record in visual merchandising within fast-paced value fashion or homeware retail. You know how to balance creativity with strategy, making sure stores not only look inspiring but also deliver results.

Youll bring:

• Extensive VM experience and the ability to turn strategy into in-store reality.
• A customer-first mindset, always looking for ways to make the shopping journey engaging and relevant.
• Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with regional and central teams.
